To all you haters.....

Dear readers,

Last night me and my boyfriend were talking about Justin Bieber. I know I know... I don't want to hear it. Just listen. I personally don't favor his music, in fact, I think there is all of one song that I actually like, and it's only because it's attributed to one of my favorite kids movies with Jakie Chan and Jaden Smith... you guessed it The Karate Kid remake of 2010. And truthfully, the lyrics of the song ring true to any of us who were sort of kicked down as kids. Never Say Never. Anyway I get off topic smack me!

My boyfriend was just roaming YouTube and came across some of Bieber's music and there was a very cruel and vulgar posting to this song and it just churned my boyfriends stomach. That this adult man was speaking about this teenage kid in such a grotesque way and being down right hateful.

First I have to say that you don't HAVE to like the kids music. I don't. But that's not the point. The point is that this kids life is an inspiring story! From teaching HIMSELF four instruments, to showing his mom, to her posting them on YouTube so that his family could see and enjoy from all the corners of the word.... all the way to the fame he has now. There was an actually bidding war between Usher and Justin Timberlake over this kid, and who would have rights to be his mentor. He's done collaborations/performances with Jaden Smith, Ludacris, Mariah Carry, and more. He's under the tutelage of Usher, and is only what? 17 years old?

He went from nothing kid from nowhere to super star. And he is a musical genius. Hush... again... a musical genius. Let me post the definition of this:

Via Dictionary.com

Genius:
1. an exceptional natural capacity of intellect, especially as shown in creative and original work in science, art, music, etc.: the genius of Mozart.
2. a person having such capacity.
3. a person having an extraordinarily high intelligence rating on a psychological test, as an IQ above 140.
4. natural ability or capacity; strong inclination: a special genius for leadership.
5. distinctive character or spirit, as of a nation, period, or language.
And take a look at this post:
The kid taught himself four instruments by the time he was thirteen. I rest my case.
With all that to the side. He's a kid, and he makes mistakes just like everyone else does. He will grow and learn from those mistakes along the way, just like we all will as we age. One can not expect this child to have the level of common sense nor maturity of the adults in his field of work.
So this is what I have to say to you Justin Bieber haters who worked so hard to make his song Baby (link follows) YouTubes #1 most disliked song.... You idiots.
Here is why I say that:
1.) You actually listened to the song, otherwise, how the hell would you know if you didn't like it?
2.) You actually wasted your time to talk trash about this kid, most of those that do this, are older than 17 them selves. And spent the time that could have been applied to making your life better to rally against a SEVENTEEN year old KID. Way to be an adult guys.
3.) You actually pay attention to the media that surrounds him! Uh, how else would you know what you do?
4.) The only reason anyone ever talks bad about someone else they have no understanding/knowledge of is because they feel inferior. This kid makes the buko bucks, he works with stars, he prob could get more nookie than you, he went from no one to someone in seconds flat in the scheme of things, and he was popular on YouTube before he ever thought of becoming what he was. Makes you feel small, so you have to try and bring him down. Real mature.
In conclusion I'd just like to say to Justin or any of his affiliates:
Way to freaking go! I may not like your music kid, but you are an inspiration. I hope that you know that no mater how many people hate your stuff, that the ones that actually mater are the ones that support you. The people in your life that love you for you and strive to help you become the best that you can be. You are a super hero in your own right, remember not to abuse the power that you have, and always remember the little guys. Keep up the good work, and brush yourself off when you're pushed down. Thank you for being you.
Oh and for the record... this all really applies to every artist out there who is a little off, a little crazy, a little wild, a little messed up, and a bit eccentric. Thank you for constantly entertaining us and being show stoppers who don't give a good dang what anyone thinks. For doing your thing no mater what people say.
IE: Lady Gaga, Lady Sovereign, Reiana, Beyonce, Skillet, Cold Play, SlipKnot, Korn, Rob Zombie, and the list goes on.
Signed Yours Truly,
Not So Wise
